How we work

We offer discreet, tailored household management for a small number of clients in and around Bruton, Somerset.

Every home is different — so we begin by understanding what matters to you. Whether you're in residence full-time or part of the year, we provide intelligent, dependable support that reflects your lifestyle and expectations.

From weekly oversight and trades coordination to guest preparation, pets, projects and personal errands — every detail is handled with quiet efficiency, professionalism and care.

  • We work on a retained basis, with a minimum engagement of 8 hours per week.

    • Minimum Weekly Engagement: £280 (covers 8 hours @ £35/hour)

    • Additional Hours: £45/hour

    • Weekends, Bank Holidays & Out-of-Hours: £90/hour

    • One-off or Occasional Requests (non-contracted): £90/hour

    We also add a 20% margin to all third-party services we manage on your behalf.

  • Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. We offer weekend and out-of-hours support for urgent or time-sensitive matters, charged at a premium rate.

  • We work with a trusted network of local cleaners, gardeners, builders and decorators, built over nearly two decades in the area. We will manage these relationships on your behalf — but all third-party contracts are made directly between the client and supplier. We provide clear template agreements and handle coordination as part of our service.

    All third-party professionals are required to sign a confidentiality agreement, though we cannot be held liable for their actions.

  • Privacy is at the heart of everything we do. All our client relationships are covered by a signed service agreement which includes confidentiality clauses. Our trades and support professionals are also bound by confidentiality agreements.

  • We only work with a small number of clients at a time, ensuring a highly personal level of care. All clients sign a contract with a three-month notice period.
